Following my last post i decided to code Java Simulators to simulate some of the most complex CV generators i offer, with the idea of always addressing the same question:
What do they do exactly??
So these Java Simulators will behave the closest possible to the real thing.
Simulators have audio output, the simulated CV output controls a sine wave frequency as if a VCO was connected to the module output.
And so, here’s another one:
ADDAC203 CV Mapping Simulator
Download v1.0
OSX application
Linux Application
Windows Application
ADDAC501 Complex Random Simulator
Download v1.2
OSX application
Linux Application
Windows Application
You can also try them in a browser but i promise it’ll be slow:

ADDAC Java Simulators built with Processing
I’ve been announcing the ADDAC501 Complex Random and it’s side companion ADDAC501B Complex Random Expansion
But what do they do exactly??
Like the name suggests, it’s complex to describe by words…
So i thought of making a small java application that could run on a browser, i made it and behaves exactly like the ADDAC501, but unfortunately browsers don’t seem fast enough for it to run smoothly, so there’s downloadable versions for 3 platforms bellow.
Download v1.2*
(already uploaded an updated version with simulated sound output):
OSX application
Linux Application
Windows Application
You can also try it in a browser but it’ll be slow:

Happy New Year!
i’ve been talking about this modules for a while now, so here they are:
ADDAC203 CV MAPPING (in Stock!)
2 independent channels with Attenuator & Offset controls
ADDAC501 Complex Random (now with clock gate input) **
Complex Random with Brownian function
ADDAC501B Expansion
with Variable Glide function + Normal and Inverted Gate Outputs
ADDAC502 Lissajous Curves *
2 independent XY Lissajous Curves with MIN/MAX & Speed Controls
4 independent Outputs with 10 possible average combinations, ex:
X1
X1+X2
X2 + Y1 + Y2
X1 + X2 + Y1 + Y2 …
ADDAC502B Expansion
with Normal and Inverted Gate Outputs
ADDAC801 Simple Mixer
3 Channel Mixer
ADDAC802 CV Audio Mixer
with 5 VCA channels
and 1 VCA Mixdown Output
ADDAC900 Bus Board
2 Styles with IDC Boxed Headers or Pinout Header
ADDAC901 3U Frame
EuroRack 3U Poplar Frame
Pre-orders available!
*this are the prototype panels, as you might notice, some engravings are not final. Also, because i’m changing the jacks i’ve been using, the Complex Random and Lissajous Curves have some holes bigger than they should be.
All this will be corrected in the first batches!
Soon i’ll post more info and demo videos!
The ADDAC701 Voltage Controlled Oscillator
We were recently thrilled to announce our new analog oscillator, the ADDAC701. For us this is an extremely important addition to our product line and a relevant step in completing a first stage of ADDAC’s offer in modular synths.
We are extremely proud with the performance of the ADDAC701 VCO, a fully analog oscillator inspired by the original Moog, and promising to deliver pristine quality.
You can now check it in action in our newest video. For more information jump right to the product page.
